PROCESSING AND SHIPPING INFORMATION:


Product orders will be processed at horseshoe-hardware.com. Our merchant account services are handled through iPayment Banking Services. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. PayPal is also accepted. Idaho residents are subject to state sales tax of 5% on these orders.
We generally ship via UPS, FedEx Ground, or Priority Mail. Free shipping is limited to the Continental USA. Additional charges may be levied for Alaska, Hawaii, and International Orders. We will seek to determine the least expensive option. Only items showing Free Shipping on the item order page are eligible for the free shipping option. Certain items will require a shipping fee via FedEx Ground, UPS, or Priority Mail. If any of these options are requested on the item order page. We will seek to determine the best and least expensive option.

Damaged Items: Please review all items purchased at our site upon delivery. If an item is damaged, please save all the packing material and contact the shipping company and us immediately. Once we have received a damage claim number, we will process a replacement.
Returns And Exchanges: Please call us prior to returning any items. All returns must be shipped back in the same condition as received, and will only be accepted within 30 days of delivery.

REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY:


We're committed to making you happy! You can return all or part of your order within 30 days for a complete refund. (NOTE: Shipping, surcharges, and processing fees are not refundable, unless item arrived damged.) We Ask that you first write to us or call at 877-245-6985 to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), and we'll give you instructions for returning the merchandise to us.
